The mission of the New Paltz Police Department is to "protect and serve the public through police action." But our services do not end there. A 21st century police department must be a proactive, fluid department that can adapt at a moment's notice to the changes this complicated world sometimes presents.

I am proud to say that the men and women of this department meet these goals on a daily basis and it is an honor to represent them as their Chief of Police.
